New law in FL requires welfare recipients to get drug screened

Florida's Gov. Rick Scott passed a law requiring those who apply for cash benefits to first undergo drug screening.  I know alot of Democrats are outraged and while I am a registered Democrat, I can't say I wholeheartedly disagree.  There are welfare recipients out there using benefits to fund a drug habit.  Let's face it.  However, I do think it's borderline unconstitutional.  IDK on this one.  Admittedly, I can't pick a side on this issue.  Thoughts??
