Philadelphia Police just released details into the death of Jaquinn Brewton, and it heart breaking to say the least.
This three year old mentally challenged child was punched, kicked and burned with a blowtorch until his little body could no longer take the abuse.
These actions all came to ahead when the couple "caring" for the child claimed the boy fell down the steps when police arrived at their apartment after receiving reports of a child falling through a window.
